PURPOSE: A driver's posture correction device for driving is provided to prevent a driver's distraction, where the distraction is caused by discomfort and anxiety since a driver's posture becomes a lying or jolted forward position, and a gap between the driver and a safety belt arises when the driver drives a car on a slope way. CONSTITUTION: A driver's posture correction device for driving includes an inclination sensor(01), a DC motor(02), a bottom band(03), an upper band(04), a sheet lower part(05), and a sheet upper part(06). The inclination of a driver is corrected by detecting the degree of inclination of the sheet lower part which is installed inside a vehicle. The DC motor is capable of tightening a safety belt at a variable strength according to the inclination by determining the degree of inclination of a motor unit of the safety belt which is installed inside the vehicle. The driver's posture correction device for driving utilizes the road information and location information of a car navigation unit.
