PURPOSE: A home network system based on a smart TV(TeleVision) is provided to construct a home network by authenticating devices for securing privacy and security with the hardware of the smart TV. CONSTITUTION: A home network adaptor(100) constructs a network by authenticating other devices by using PLC(Power Line Communication) or NFC(Near Field Communication). The home network adaptor uses NFC when a mobile device is authenticated. The home network adaptor is attached to a smart TV. The home network adaptor transmits and receives data through PLC or wireless LAN(Local Area Network) communication after network construction is completed.
