PURPOSE: A device for exchanging a stance in a forearm for a golfer is provided to improve a swing power while increasing a hitting distance by maintaining a swing arc from an address to an impact and a follow. CONSTITUTION: A device for exchanging a stance in a forearm for a golfer comprises an arm band(10') winding round an elbow upper end part of a left and a right hand, and a thigh fixing band(20) which each forms in order to wind round a right thigh. The arm band and the thigh fixing band are connected by using an elasticity rope(30). A space control member is formed in a space between arm bands. Multiple fixing holes in which a fixing hook part of the elasticity rope is inserted are formed in the space control member. A fixing hook formed to other side of the elasticity rope is inserted into the fixing hole formed in a connecting member of the thigh fixing band and fixed and connected.
