PURPOSE: Organosiloxane is provided to control crosslinking density with resin by controlling the number of acid anhydride groups in a molecule when using organosiloxane as a surface treatment, and to freely control affinity and reactivity with an inorganic substrate. CONSTITUTION: Organosiloxane has O-Si bond in alkoxy silane of formula 1 and a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof. A method for preparing the organosiloxane with alkoxy silane and an acid anhydride group comprises: a step of preparing alkoxy group-containing organohydrogen siloxane; and a step of introducing the acid anhydride group to the alkoxy group-containing organohydrogen siloxane.
