PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing dried laver are provided to have a laver net frame coating unit for coating a laver net, to facilitate separation of the dried laver from the laver net frame. CONSTITUTION: A laver raw algae sterilizing unit applies ultrasonic waves to a mixture of laver raw algae and water to generate a cavitation phenomenon in the mixture. A molding unit(10) is unfolded on a laver net frame(2). A dehydrating unit removes water on the laver raw algae. A dried laver separating unit(40) separates the dried laver from the laver net frame. A laver coating unit coats the laver net frame to facilitate the separation of dried laver. A washing unit removes impurities attached on the laver net frame. A brush has a plurality of wool pieces. A brush operator(62) separates impurities from the laver net frame. |
