PURPOSE: A ship for transferring aggregates using a counterweight interlocked floating gantry crane is provided to facilitate the transportation of heavy objects or large structures to be transferred on the seat by installing the gantry crane on a barge. CONSTITUTION: A ship for transferring aggregates using a counterweight interlocked floating gantry crane comprises a barge(10), a gantry crane module(20), a counterweight driving device(30), and an aggregate transferring device. The gantry crane module is installed on the top of the barge and comprises a wire winch module(22). The counterweight driving device is installed in the barge and has a counterweight to reduce the driving force of the wire winch module. The aggregate transferring device is installed on the top of the barge and stores and transfers the aggregates transferred by a bucket of the gantry crane module to the land.
