PURPOSE: A standby power management device, a standby power management system including the same, and a method using thereof are provided to easily check power consumption and standby power consumption of household appliances and to easily shut off the standby power of the household appliances. CONSTITUTION: A standby power management device comprises an external power supply connection unit which is connected to an external power source; a load connection unit which is connected to an external load; a measuring unit which measures the power which is supplied from a power source to a load; a control unit which controls to display at an external display a message or an image which corresponds to or is allocated to a predetermined range if the power measured by the measuring unit is within the predetermined range; and a display unit which displays the message or the image about power to the outside through control by the control unit.
