PURPOSE: An organic thin film transfer-printing method is provided to increase the efficiency of an organic light emitting diode by stabilizing a junction interface characteristic between a light-emitting layer and a hole transport layer. CONSTITUTION: Electric energy is supplied to a heat generation pattern. A transfer-printing substrate and a target transfer-printing substrate are bonded(S130). An organic thin film is transfer-printed to the target transfer-printing substrate(S140). The transfer-printing substrate and the target transfer-printing substrate are detached(S150). The target transfer-printing substrate is thermally processed in a vacuum atmosphere(S160).
