发明名称 METHOD FOR OVERCOMING RESISTANCE TO ANTI-CANCER AGENTS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for overcoming tolerance of a target anticancer agent is provided to block a signal transduction system related to tolerance of an insulin-like growth factor(IGF) target monoclonal antibody and an analogous anticancer agent thereof, and to overcome tolerance with respect to the target anticancer agent. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing tolerance of a target anticancer agent contains one or more selected from a group consisting of integrin beta3 neutralizing antibody, integrin beta3 siRNA, Src inhibitor, and Src siRNA. A target anticancer agent is IGF-1R(insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor) target anticancer agent. The target anticancer agent is an anti-IGF-1R monoclonal antibody. An anticancer aid contains one or more selected from a group consisting of integrin beta3 neutralizing antibody, integrin beta3 siRNA, Src inhibitor, and Src siRNA and increases an anti-proliferative effect. A method for enhancing an anticancer effect comprises a step of alternately administering one or more selected from a group consisting of integrin beta3 neutralizing anbibody, integrin beta3 siRNA, Src inhibitor, and Src siRNA, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with the target anticancer agent to an individual.</p>
