PURPOSE: A method for detecting microRNA expression is provided to monitor benzo[k]fluoranthene with toxicity and to determine risk of benzo[k]fluoranthene. CONSTITUTION: A microarray chip contains microRNA or a complementary strand thereof. A method for detecting microRNA expression by benzo[k]fluoranthene comprises: a step of isolating RNA from somatic cells of an experimental group and a control group; a step of labeling each RNA with different fluorescent materials; a step of hybridizing the labeled RNAs with the microarray chip; a step of analyzing the reacted microarray chip; and a step of comparing the experimental group and the control group. |
