MULTIPLEX DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS FOR GENETIC POLYMORPHISM OF G6PD AND DIAGNOSTIC METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing G6PD(Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase) deficiency is provided to simultaneously analyze types of G6PD mutations. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for diagnosing G6PD comprises a sensing unit and a PCR reaction unit(150). The sensing unit has a plurality of sensing regions with each antibody for detecting the types of mutations. The PCR reaction unit provides a PCR product of the types of mutations. A method for diagnosing G6PD deficiency comprises: a step of forming the PCR product of the type of G6PD mutation in a biological sample; a step of injecting the PCR product to the sensing unit and forming a PCR product-antibody conjugate.
