PURPOSE: A disc brake for a vehicle is provided to minimize the number of rotations of a spindle, thereby increasing a reaction speed according to a brake and smoothly applying the brakes on the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A disc brake for a vehicle comprises a head unit(10) and a spindle(20). The head unit pressurizes a piston which generates a braking power by pressurizing a brake pad. The spindle is coupled to the head unit with a screw coupling mode and makes the head unit move forward and backward by the torque of a driving member. A latching groove(11) is formed on a surface of the head unit facing the spindle. A latching projection(21) is formed in the spindle and fitted into the latching groove by the forward and backward movement of the head unit.
