PURPOSE: An additive composition for immunopotentiation and a feed for animals including the same are provided to promote growth of spleen cells and macrophages and to improve an immunopotentiation effect by deriving generation of NO. CONSTITUTION: An additive composition for immunopotentiation includes a paper mulberry heart extract as an active ingredient. A feed for animals includes the additive composition for immunopotentiation. The amount of the additive composition for immunopotentiation in the feed for animals is 0.1-50 wt%.
