PURPOSE: A balcony handrail pole of an apartment house is provided to ensure a view, a protective window function, and a fall prevention function for children by adjusting a height. CONSTITUTION: A balcony handrail pole of an apartment house comprises a vertical pole body(11), a guide rail(12), a horizontal handrail pole(13), a vertical handrail pole(14), and a handrail pole height adjustment device(20). Both ends of the horizontal handrail pole are guided by both sides of the guide rails. The horizontal handrail pole is vertically movable. The vertical handrail pole overlaps with a pipe with a different diameter for being contractibly connected to the pipe in the longitudinal direction. The handrail pole height adjustment device comprises a handrail pole elevation device(21), a deceleration electric motor, a power transmission device, a connection body, a handle, and a lock device. |
