<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent the current spreading between adjacent light emitting diodes and to improve luminous characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode(110a-110d) includes a light emitting structure, a first electrode(150a-150d), and a second electrode(160a-160d). The light emitting structure includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer. The first electrode is formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer. The second electrode is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. The first electrode is electrically connected to the second electrode adjacent to the first electrode.</p> |
