PURPOSE: An anticancer agent with immune regulation effects containing purified silicate minerals is provided to ensure excellent therapeutic effects without cytotoxicity and side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anticancer agent with immunoregulation comprises: a step of collecting raw silicate minerals; a step of pulverizing the silicate minerals; a step of removing heavy metals and harmful ingredients contained in the pulverized material; a step of sterilizing and drying the resultant; a step of removing the impurities from the resultant; and a step of mixing distilled water and maturing. An anticancer agent contains the purified silicate mineral as an active ingredient.
