PURPOSE: A feet-fixing stand is provided to be used as indoor slippers in daily life and to enable a user to do a sit-up exercise without others help by installing an adhering element. CONSTITUTION: A feet-fixing stand comprises a foot-fixing shoe(100) and an adhering element(200). The feet-fixing shoe is formed with an insert groove(102) which is pitted in a long queue from the front end toward between big toe and long toe of a user and penetrated from top to bottom. The adhering element is formed with a protrusion(202) which is the shape of T in the cross section so as to be hooked to the insert groove of the feet-fixing shoe. An adhering unit(204) is formed right beneath of the protrusion. |
