METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF CHIRAL OXINDOLE DERIVATIVES

PURPOSE: A method for preparing chiral oxindole is provided to obtain an optically active material with high optical purity using a chiral catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing chiral oxindole comprises a step of reacting 3-alkyl-substituted oxindole with alpha, beta-unsaturated ketone under the presence of a chiral catalyst. The chiral organic catalyst is used as the chiral catalyst. 3-alkyl-subsituted oxindole has a structure of chemical formula 4. The alpha, beta-unsaturated ketone has a structure of chemical formula 5.
