PURPOSE: A security transaction system interlocking with a reader and a method for providing the same are provided to allow an investor, while managing financial unit which follows a target portfolio, to selectively determines the number, timing or assets to be interlocked with the target portfolio, thereby easily and flexibly interlocking the financial unit with the target portfolio. CONSTITUTION: A security transaction system(100) interlocking with a reader comprises a control module(110), a portfolio module(120), and an interlocking module(130), and also additionally comprises a customization module(140). The control module controls functions and/or resources of each component included in the security transaction system interlocking with a reader. The portfolio module manages a target portfolio. The interlocking module performs a series of processes of generating orders and processing the orders corresponding to the kinds of financial products and weights thereof, such that financial unit(30) of an investor is interlocked with the target portfolio.
