PURPOSE: An air-conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce operating noise of a blower which flows into the inside of the vehicle by reducing the rotation speed of the blower when there is no air filter. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning device for a vehicle comprises an air-conditioning case(10), an intake door(20), a blower(30), and a control unit(50). The control unit determines whether an air filter is provided in a part(36) between a blower and inside and outside air inlets(12, 14) within the air-conditioning case and, if not, reduces the rotation speed of the blower when the inside air inlet is opened, thereby reducing the noise of the blower which flows into the inside of the vehicle through the opened inside air inlet.
