PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent weatherability and scratch resistance, and to obtain high transparency. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises a graft acrylic copolymer, an aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymer, and a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate resin. The aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymer comprises 5-25wt% of a unit derived from a cyanide vinyl compound. The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of the graft acrylic copolymer and 50-200 parts by weight of the aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymer.
