PURPOSE: A mouthpiece for treating an oral cavity and a device thereof are provided to constantly irradiate a beam for a treatment in an oral cavity and to increase a supporting force toward the oral cavity of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A mouthpiece for treating an oral cavity comprises a body(111) inserted into an oral cavity; a claw part(112) extended from the body and supporting the body about the oral cavity by clawing with at least one among a lip and a tooth of a patient; a beam generation part(113) which generates a beam for a treatment by being arranged inside the body; and a beam extension part(114) which is arranged between an open area of the body and the beam generation part and which uniformly expands a beam generated from the beam generation part to an inner side of the oral cavity.
