PURPOSE: An acaridical agent for eliminating dust mites is provided to effectively remove dust mites without harm to a human body by using one among a crude extract and essential oil of Zanthoxylum piperitum or Zanthoxylum schinifolium and sanshol(C16H27ON). CONSTITUTION: An acaricidal agent for eliminating dust mites contains sanshol as an active ingredient. A Zanthoxylum piperitum or Zanthoxylum schinifolium extract contains sanshol. The extract is a methanol crude extract or essential oil of Zanthoxylum piperitum or Zanthoxylum schinifolium. The acaricidal agent contains 35-40 wt% of the methanol crude extract of Zanthoxylum piperitum or Zanthoxylum schinifolium or 20-25 wt% of essential oil of Zanthoxylum piperitum or Zanthoxylum schinifolium. The acaricidal agent contains 5-10 wt% of sanshol.
