摘要 PURPOSE: A biosensor for detecting pigment-based cadmium using Deinococcus radiodurans and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to determine an optimal promoter of DR_0659 gene and to detect cadmium through a simple culture. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biosensor for detecting pigment-based cadium using Deinococcus radiodurans with naked eyes comprises: a step of preparing an expression vector containing a gene construct with a DR-0659 gene of Deinococcus radiodurans and crtl gene which is operatively linked to the promoter; and a step of transforming the expression vector into a host cell to prepare a recombinant transformant, and preparing the biosensor with the recombinant transformant. The expression vector is pRADZ3. The host cell is Deinococcus radiodurans.
