PURPOSE: A fermented red ginseng composition containing red ginseng and herb extract with anti-diabetic activity is provided to ensure blood glucose reduction, sugar resistance, and anti-oxidation and to prevent and treat diabetes and complication. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating diabetes and complication contains fermentation which is obtained by fermenting extract of 100 weight parts of Red Ginseng, 5-85 weight parts of Mulberry leaves, 5-85 weight parts of Moris alba L., 5-75 weight parts of Angelica gigas N., 5-75 weight parts of Poria cocos Wolf and 5-75 weight parts of Araliae Cortex using Lactobacillus. The Lactobacillus is Lactobacillus fermenturm NUC-C1 KCCM10929P. |
