PURPOSE: An RFID reader, antenna controlling device thereof, and method thereof are provided to increase the recognition rate of an RFID tag by recognizing RFID tag information after opening a recognition unit of a fold antenna. CONSTITUTION: A tag sensor responds a sensor operation signal of an operation block and determines the opening angle of the recognition front unit based on the distance between an RFID tag and a front reading unit. A hinge control block(508) generates a hinge driving signal corresponding to the opening angle. A hinge driving block(510) rotates the hinge according to the hinge driving signal. |
