HYBRID INK FOR CZTS FILM

PURPOSE: A hybrid ink for a CZTS thin film is provided to have a low impurity through a low temperature process at 300-400 deg. C, to have large grain size, and to obtain a CZTS thin film with high quality. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid ink for a CZTS thin film comprises an aqueous or alcohol-based dispersion solvent; an organic metal compound shaped copper precursor which is powder uniformly dispersed in the solvent; and zinc, tin, sulfur, or selenium. The power has a particle size of 300nm or less. The composition ratio of Cu, Zn, Sn, and S is 15-25:5-15:-5-15:30-50 based on atom%. The copper precursor is an organic copper precursor in which organic components are decomposed and easily move to copper elements at heat treating, and having low a little organic residues.
