Disclosed is a road-surface cutting device in which the air cooling method is used in order to cool down the high temperatures which occur in cutting tools when cutting tools are used for the work of cutting concrete road surfaces, thereby making it possible to improve the cutting-tool cooling efficiency. The road-surface device according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical shaft; a plurality of plates which are bound to the shaft and have abrasive tips on the outer circumferential surfaces thereof; and spacers which are formed between neighbouring plates. |
