PURPOSE: A holder for a device is provided to stably maintain an angle which is controlled with respect to external vibration or impact by a ball joint and to stably maintain an angle which is controlled such that a driver can obtain sight when driving if the holder is mounted on the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A holder(200) for a device comprises a support board, a support arm, and a device holder. The support board includes a housing, first support plates(213,215), and an adhesive layer(217). A central part, which is separated from an edge part in a specific distance, of the first support plate is connected to a central part which is separated from an edge part of the housing in a specific distance. The adhesive layer is connected to a central part of the lower surface of the first support plate and all edge parts.
