PURPOSE: A capsulated spherical powder and a powder makeup cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to ensure long-term moisturization without dryness. CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition contains 2.0-15.0 wt% of spherical capsule powder which is prepared by impregnating a yeast extract and 10 kinds of organic extracts with antiaging and moisturizing effects into porous polymethylmethacrylate and capsulating at the same. The average particle diameter of the porous polymethylmethacrylate is 5 um. The yeast extract is prepared using Saccharomyces.
