发明名称 METHOD FOR RELIABILITY EVALUATION OF SOLAR CELL
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the reliability with respect to the moisture penetration of a solar cell is provided to maximize absorbing force by a temperature cycle by jetting solid to edges of a solar cell module, thereby effectively detecting the moisture penetration of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module testing method is as follows. A plurality of solar cell modules is installed at a predetermined angle based on the ground. At least one of distilled water, salty water, acidity water, drinking water is jet to the installed solar cell module(S200). A step for increasing temperature as much as a preset temperature unit per unit hour in the state that the solution is jet, a step for maintaining preset temperature solution is jet, a step for decreasing the temperature as much as the preset temperature unit per hour are repeated(S202-S210). A short circuit current of the solar cell modules, electrical properties including an open circuit voltage, whether the moisture is penetrated to the cell or not are analysis after the temperature test step(S212).
