<p>PURPOSE: A water-soluble linear heterochain dipolymer is provided to be hydrophilic 3D matrix, to improve flexibility, and to reduce chemical stability. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble linear heterochain dipolymer is represented by chemical formula: (-CH2-CR1R2)n-(R4-NHCO-R5-NHCO-R4)m, where R1 is CH3 or hydrogen; R2 is COOH, CONH2, or (CH3)-COOH, which is dependent on kind of a vinyl monomer; R3 is hydrogen or OH group, which is dependent on kind of a divinyl monomer; R4 is (CH2-CHR3) or (CH2-CHR3-CH2); R5 is (CH2) or (CH(OH))2, which is dependent on kind of the divinyl monomer; and m and n are correlation between the vinyl and divinyl monomers. (m/n) is 10-100. Section of a chain including (-CO-NH-) is connected to a similar section through a hydrogen bond between the amide and carboxyl group.</p> |
