PURPOSE: A flexible toy for infants is provided to pass safety regulations by not using harmful adhesive, permanent magnets, and the like. CONSTITUTION: A flexible toy for infants comprises a core(10) which consists of slender metal having flexibility; a transformable member(20) which surrounds the core with a material with enhanced cushion; and plastic caps(30,40) which finish both ends of the transformable member. The cap maintains a combining state by repeatedly molding protrusion parts and groove parts which are divided into identical angles in the center of each circle in a columnar direction and tightly inserting one protrusion into another groove part.
