PURPOSE: A colored sanitary pad is provided to reduce hatred or unpleasant feelings by users by absorbing menstrual blood into the color pad. CONSTITUTION: A colored sanitary pad comprises an absorbent member(10) which absorbs menstrual blood, a liquid permeable top sheet(30), and a liquid impermeable back sheet(20). The absorbent member is built in between the top sheet and the back sheet. The top sheet is soft since the top sheet is directly contacted with the body of a user and is desirable by being made of a porous liquid permeable material. The back sheet is made of a liquid impermeable material and has a junction surface in the lower side in order to be attached to underwear. Wings that cover the underwear are formed into one body of the back sheet in both sides in order for menstrual blood not to be contaminated.
