PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an undercover for containing glass bubbles using an inline compounding method is provided to manufacture an undercover with excellent mechanical properties under a same weight condition by reducing the number of processes, decreasing the crushing rate of a glass fiber, and mixing glass bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an undercover for containing glass bubbles using an inline compounding method comprises the following steps: injecting base materials into an extruder for melting and mixing to extrude a mixed resin; and transferring the mixed resin as being melted to injection-mold. The base materials are made of a plastic polymer, a glass fiber, a glass bubble master batch, compatibilization agents, and rubber. The plastic polymer is made of polypropylene.
