PURPOSE: Glow-in-the-dark artificial eyelashes are provided to be equipped with a glow-in-the-dark function, attached to a fixing body which fixes eyelashes, and used as a double eye lid by additionally including a ciliary body. CONSTITUTION: Glow-in-the-dark artificial eyelashes include hair(30) which is composed of flexible luminescent fibers or glow-in-the-dark materials. The hair is adhered to the slender fixture which contacts with the eyeline of an eye. The hairs are attached to lower edge of a ciliary body(10) in which a colored layer(20) is formed to be attached to a double eyelid surface. The ciliary body is a film or fabric.
