Diagnostic kits of Brucella abortus using 26kDa recombinant antigenic protein and Lipopolysaccaride

PURPOSE: A recombinant antigen protein of Brucella abortus using 26kDa recombinant antigenic protein and LPS is provided to manufacture a diagnostic reagent or kit. CONSTITUTION: A 26kDa antigen protein of Brucella abortus isolates LSH has 27th to 199th amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 or an amino acid which is functionally equal the amino acid. A host cells transformed with a recombinant expression vector is E.coli NIH/BL/26kDa-ET15B. An antigen protein is prepared by culturing the transformed host cells and collecting the Brucella abortus 26kDa proteins. A kit for diagnosing Brucella abortus infection in mammal contains the antigen protein.
