摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a gold nanoparticle is provided to use biocompatible polymer as a reducing agent, sodium citrate as a pH controlling agent, microwave as a heating source and offers the same size and form and manufactures quickly a gold nanoparticle which is spread. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a gold nanoparticle comprises the following steps. A solution mixed with biocompatible polymer, gold salt and a pH controlling agent is heated to be reacted. In the solution, the biocompatible polymer covering a gold ion is decomposed to become a radical. The radical accelerates the reduction of the gold ion to manufacture a gold nanoparticle. The biocompatible polymer capped on the gold nanoparticle prevents the gold nanoparticles from being stuck together. An increase in pH caused by the addition of sodium citrate which is the pH controlling agent allows the lowering of the reacting speed of the gold salt to control the size and the uniformity of the gold nanoparticle. The biocompatible polymer comprises polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) or polyethylene glycol(PEG).
