PURPOSE: A steering wheel air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience of a driver and to supply optimal driving conditions to the driver regardless of seasons. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel air conditioner comprises a cool air and warm air generation unit(30) and a control unit(40). A steering wheel(10) is cooled or is heated so that the cool air and warm air generation unit cools and heats the steering wheel. The control unit cools the cool air and warm air generation unit according to a predetermined data inputted from an air conditioning device(20) and cools or heats the steering wheel.
