CONSTITUTION: A transition metal(M1M2) phosphate/graphene nanocomposite comprises transition metal nanoparticle uniformly formed on the surface of the graphene. M1 and M2 are the same or different from each other, each of which is Li, Ni, Co, Mn, or Fe, and satisfies formula 1: X >= 75 mAh/g. In the formula 1, X is a charging and discharging capacity at 60 C charging and discharging. The transition metal phosphate is LiFePO4, LiMnPO4, LiCoPO4, or LiNiPO4. The supported amount of the transition metal(M1M2) phosphate is 60-95 wt%.
