PURPOSE: A grounding spring is provided to fix a lower portion to a PCB by soldering and to contact an upper portion to a metal by tension though a reflow process after being mounted on the PCB, thereby reducing time for an assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A grounding spring mounted on a PCB for grounding the PCB to a metal comprises a body having both ends supported by the PCB; a installation unit(11) mounted on the PCB; a coupling unit(13) coupled to the PCB by soldering; and a contact unit(15) protruding upwardly from the body. The contact unit is grounded to the metal for shielding electromagnetic waves.
