ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and manufacturing processes by forming a single light emitting layer and a mixed light emitting layer of a green light emitting layer in one chamber. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on the upper side of a substrate. A hole transport layer is formed on the upper side of the first electrode. A single light emitting layer(S-EML) is formed on the upper side of the hole transport layer and includes a first green host(GH1) and a green dopant(GD). A mixed light emitting layer(M-EML) is formed on the upper side of the single light emitting layer. The mixed light emitting layer includes the first green host, the green dopant, and a second green host(GH2).
