PURPOSE: A virtual world processing device and a method thereof are provided to transmit information with a high speed by encoding the information into an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) type. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(370) receives first metadata generated by encoding sensor adaptation preference information and second metadata generated by encoding information for a virtual world. A processing unit(380) encodes the generated information into third metadata by generating the information applied to the virtual world based on the first and the second metadata. A transmission unit(390) transmits the third metadata to an adaptive VR(Virtual Reality) unit. The first metadata is generated by encoding the sensor adaptation preference information into a binary type.
