PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure using artificial turf and a filler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent separation in high humidity and prevent damages due to the impact by maximizing the impact repulsive power. CONSTITUTION: An artificial turf structure(100) using artificial turf and a filler comprises an artificial turf planting layer(110), a drainage layer(120), a particle permeable layer(140), and a packed layer(150). The artificial turf planting layer is comprised of concrete or a urethane material. The drainage layer is formed as a first cohesion layer(121), a second cohesion layer(122), and a particle permeable layer fixing layer(123) in the upper part of the artificial turf planting layer. The particle permeable layer is mounted on the upper surface of the drainage layer. Artificial turf leaves are inserted between the cut surfaces so that the artificial turf planting layer is formed. A filler chip(C1) is installed in the artificial turf layer so that the packed layer is formed. |
