摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of seasoning is provided to improve the flavor of food and to contain the useful components of an Ioquat by comprising natural materials only. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of seasoning comprises the following steps: the flesh of Ioquats in which the seed and skin have been removed is dried and pulverized with a pulverizing device (S10); Shiitake mushroom in which the column and head have been removed is washed with water, dried in a cool place and pulverized with a pulverizing device (S20); washed kelp is heated and pulverized with a pulverizing device (S30); anchovy in which the head and bowel have been removed is parched and pulverized with a pulverizing device (S40); abalone in which bowel has been removed is parched and pulverized with a pulverizing device (S50); washed mussel flesh is parched and pulverized with a pulverizing device (S60); dried shrimp is pulverized with a pulverizing device (S70); and Ioquat powder, mushroom powder, kelp powder, anchovy powder, abalone powder, mussel powder, shrimp powder and bay salt powder containing ioquat extract are mixed. The bay salt containing ioquat extract is manufactured by mixing bay salt in ioquat extract with stirring, heating at 1000-1300deg.C to bake and pulverizing finely to make powder.
