PURPOSE: A squirrel-cage rotor of an induction motor is provided to prevent an end-ring from escaping by increasing connectivity between the end-ring and a conductor bar. CONSTITUTION: A squirrel-cage rotor comprises a stator(110) and a rotor(120) including a plurality of rotor cores which are laminated. The rotor core comprises a first core(121a) and a second core(121b) which respectively have slots(125a,125b) having different shapes from each other. The first core is arranged at the center section of the rotor. The second core is arranged at both end sections of the rotor.
