The device (2) has a ring (10) placed in an inner side of a tire (1), where the ring delimits an interior chamber that comprises a sealing unit. Interior volume of the interior chamber is modified to create overpressure or sub-pressure. An actuator (14) is placed in an inner side of the ring for varying volume of the ring. A support (15) supports the actuator. A controlling unit controls the actuator in function of the physical variables. The sealing unit includes a watertight and elastic membrane.
