PURPOSE: A pleated plastic composites spring for suspension of a vehicle, a manufacturing device thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify structure by omitting components such as a dust cover of a metal coil shape spring, an upper spring pad, and a lower spring pad and to reduce an assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a pleated plastic composites spring for suspension of a vehicle comprises a wrinkle extrusion molding unit(10), a blading unit(20), and a pultrusion unit(30). The wrinkle extrusion molding unit molds a preform(15) in a hollow wrinkle structure. The blading unit weaves three dimensional fabrics on the preform.
