PURPOSE: A mold for preventing crack by initial shrink deformation of a concrete member are provided to prevent crack by absorbing the shrink deformation because a first divided unit and a second divided unit are close. CONSTITUTION: A mold(1) for preventing crack by initial shrink deformation of a concrete member comprises first and second divided units. A displacement absorption material is arranged in a connection line in which the first and second divided units are connected. A shrink deformation absorption member(30) is installed between the first and second divided units and integrally connects the first and second divided units. An elastic spring is arranged inside a cylinder unit so that the shrink deformation absorption member includes a structure capable of expansion and contraction. When the shrink deformation of concrete is generated, the first and second divided units are close to each other, and a displacement absorption member is pressed so that displacement is accommodated.
