PURPOSE: A driving circuit board and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device including the same are provided to reduce substrate manufacturing time and to improve reliability. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electrodes and lines are formed in a base unit(210). A control unit(215) is bonded on a front surface of the base unit. A flexible unit(217) is electrically connected to an external system and the base unit. A rear surface reinforcing plate(220) is attached to the rear surface of the base unit.
